Training Objectives

The private law program offered by UBS aims to provide students with a solid theoretical and practical foundation in private law, covering the fundamental principles, the various branches of civil and commercial law, essential legal tools, as well as the latest legislative and jurisprudential developments in the field.

This program allows students to develop an in-depth understanding of the discipline and to know how to apply this knowledge in real professional contexts.

Through an approach combining theory and practice, the program effectively prepares students to enter the workforce and take on the challenges of the legal profession with strengthened operational skills.

These skills enable graduates to adapt to different sectors of activity and to contribute effectively to the legal security of businesses and individuals.

The aim is to equip students with analytical and practical skills enabling them to integrate into various sectors related to foreign trade, logistics, international finance, or export strategy.
