Final Year Project, Theses, and Business Plan — Professional Bachelor's & Master's Degree

Final Year Project
Approach: Learning by Doing. The Final Year Project (FYP) places students in a real professional environment, enabling them to apply the knowledge and skills acquired throughout their academic program.
Step 1: Internship search
The student identifies a host company related to their specialty and negotiates the terms of the internship.
Step 2: Application submission
Once the company is found, the student submits the internship request to the relevant department for approval.
Step 3: Academic approval
The PFE topic is approved by an academic supervisor who guides the student throughout the internship.
Step 4: Report submission
The student submits their PFE report in electronic version as well as a paper copy before the deadline for evaluation.
Thesis
Approach: deepen through research. The thesis develops the student's analytical ability, methodological rigor, and theoretical reflection.
Step 1: Choice of the research question
The student formulates a research question related to their field of study.
Step 2: Supervisor's approval
A thesis supervisor is appointed and approves the direction of the proposed topic.
Step 3: Research and methodology
The student conducts their literature research and applies the methodology approved with their supervisor.
Step 4: Electronic and paper submission
The finalized thesis is submitted in electronic version as well as in paper copy, in compliance with the required academic standards.
Business Plan
Approach: undertake and create value. The business plan develops entrepreneurial spirit by building a viable business creation project.
Step 1: Project idea
The student identifies a business opportunity and formulates the idea of their entrepreneurial project.
Step 2: Feasibility Study
A market study and a financial feasibility analysis are conducted to validate the project.
Step 3: Academic approval
The business plan is presented and validated by a designated academic supervisor.
Step 4: Submission of the finalized plan
The complete business plan is submitted electronically as well as in a paper copy before the deadline.
