This regulation defines the rights and duties of students at Uirtus Business School (UBS). It enables them to adopt self-discipline within the school, where all conditions are conducive to helping them succeed in their studies on one hand, and on the other hand, to integrate into the university environment and prepare for professional life.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1: These internal regulations are binding on all UirtusBS students without exception. The school's administration is solely responsible for overseeing their application and revising them if necessary.

Article 2: All students, as well as their parents, must review the content of these regulations, and a copy signed by the student will be kept in the student's file for reference if needed.

Article 3: The provisions of these regulations shall take effect as soon as the student has officially completed the enrollment formalities.

Article 4: Information notices posted within the school are binding on all students and are considered to be addressed to each of them individually.

Article 5: Students and their parents are required to notify the school promptly of any change of address, email, or phone number.

Article 6: In the event of failure to comply with these internal regulations, the student risks having their enrollment at the institution suspended, following a hearing session.

ADMISSION AND ENROLLMENT

Article 7: Registration and tuition fees are set annually before the beginning of each academic year

Article 8: Tuition fees cannot be refunded after the official start date of the academic year. Similarly, any interruption during the year due to the student or a decision by the disciplinary committee shall not give rise to any refund.

University life

Article 9: Students are subject to the following obligations:

  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment at the school by refraining from smoking, eating, or drinking any kind of beverage inside the classroom.
  • Avoid any verbal or physical violence, or engaging in any activity contrary to the school's mission.
  • Do not use mobile phones inside the classroom, and do not bring them during exams.
  • Wear appropriate, non-ostentatious, or extravagant clothing that would not harm the school's reputation. UirtusBS reserves the right to carry out inspections/checks at any time.
  • Follow their teachers' recommendations and apply them throughout the academic year.
  • Obey the instructions of the school's staff and administrative officials.
  • Refrain from any disruptive act or from compromising the normal conduct of classes.
  • Ensure the proper preservation of the school's property and equipment. Any damage identified will expose the person responsible to sanctions and disciplinary action. The school reserves the right to seek compensation.
  • Do not engage in political or ideological propaganda within the school.
  • It is forbidden to bring valuable items, and in case of loss, the institution declines all responsibility.

Article 10: Any student affected by a contagious and dangerous illness will be automatically suspended from classes until recovery, and following the submission of a medical certificate confirming their fitness to resume classes.

DISCIPLINE AND ATTENDANCE

Article 11: Any unjustified lateness, as well as any expulsion from class, is considered an absence and recorded as such. A late student may only return to the classroom with authorization issued by the administration.

Article 12: The teacher is solely responsible for enforcing the regulations during class. It is within their right to take any measure they deem necessary. The administration will take note accordingly.

Article 13: Attendance at classes, tutorials, internships, and various school activities is mandatory. Any recorded absence is automatically logged into the system.

Article 14: Starting from the 4thème absence, the student will be administratively excluded from the exams for the subject in question during the main session. The exclusion list per subject will be approved by the relevant teacher, and the student will be notified immediately.

Article 15: All students are required to comply with the class schedule set by the administration, as well as the class to which they have been assigned.

Article 16:Medical certificates and files must reach the school within 48 working hours from the start of the absence.
